Come jam on Friday before the shows start! The Queen City Comedy Experience is thrilled to have the dynamic ensemble The Play Cousinz as your host! They will lead you through some warm ups, a little "yes, and" and then afterwards you’ll check-in, share and network with our comedy folks in the BIPOC Community.

About the Play Cousinz: Hailing from Charlotte, The Play Cousinz are the freshest faces on the improv scene. Rooted in quick wit, bold energy, and love for storytelling, The Play Cousinz bring a unique and authentic voice to the stage.
The Royal Improv Festival by Queen City Comedy is one-of-a-kind annual event that will highlight local and national improv acts from across the globe. As part of the Queen City Comedy Experience which began in 2017, this 4 day festival will be held at the Stage Door Theater at Blumenthal Arts and includes shows, workshops, improv jams and more.
Queen City Comedy is an artist collective and a 501(c)(3) organization based in Charlotte, NC. We are dedicated to GROWING the comedy scene locally and around the globe by building COMMUNITY, fostering COLLABORATION, showcasing our great TALENT, celebrating QUALITY work and making AWESOME comedy for everyone.
